Look forward to a stylish journey of enjoyment with Darius Voisiat, wine connoisseur and charming host of Schloss Proschwitz – the oldest private winery in Saxony. He will accompany you with exciting stories, in-depth knowledge, and selected top wines from the historic vineyards around Meißen.

Schloss Proschwitz – picturesque opposite the Albrechtsburg – looks back on over 850 years of history. Today, Dr. Georg Prinz zur Lippe and his team run the winery with passion, tradition, and a fine sense for elegant, mineral wines.

We will serve you a 5-course menu that is perfectly matched to the wine selection.
