Look forward to a stylish culinary journey with Darius Voisiat, wine connoisseur and charming host of Schloss Proschwitz – Saxony’s oldest private winery. He will guide you with fascinating stories, in-depth knowledge and a selection of top-quality wines from the historic vineyards around Meissen.

Schloss Proschwitz – picturesquely situated opposite Albrechtsburg Castle – looks back on over 850 years of history. Today, Dr Georg Prinz zur Lippe and his team run the winery with passion, tradition and a keen eye for elegant, mineral-driven wines.

We will serve you a 5-course menu perfectly paired with the wine selection.
