Welcome to Bellinis, the bar with a bistro feel in the atrium of Schlosshotel Althörnitz. With lovely views of the castle park, you can enjoy a relaxing break in an informal atmosphere. A small snack menu featuring our own freshly baked stone-oven pizza is perfect for a casual bite, accompanied by a refreshing drink, a glass of wine or an aperitif. Coffee and homemade cake offer another inviting reason to linger in the stylish surroundings.

Our Italian and Mediterranean flair is inspired by the history of the castle. Did you know that Christian von Hartig, who commissioned the castle, studied in Italy and worked as a physician in Venice? A passionate gardener, he also established the first orangery in Zittau and the surrounding area and introduced plants that were rare in Upper Lusatia at the time. At Bellinis, we draw on this connection to offer enjoyable moments with a touch of Italian lightness, just a few minutes from Zittau.
